Mockups and samples
- Digital mockups are provided free of charge to help you visualise your branding. Final products may vary slightly in colour and finish from on-screen mockups.
- Physical samples may be charged. Where stated in your quote, the sample charge is adjusted against your confirmed order.
Quotes, artwork and orders
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Prices depend on product, quantity, branding method and delivery.
- Production starts after written approval of the final artwork, mockup or sample, and receipt of any agreed advance payment.
- Production and delivery timelines are decided based on your requirement and confirmed with your quote.
- Changes requested after approval may affect pricing and timelines.
Your logos and artwork
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, trademarks or artwork you send us, and that their use on products does not infringe the rights of others.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in your quote or proforma invoice. Prices are subject to applicable GST.
Delivery
We deliver across India and internationally. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or events outside our control.
Quality and issues
Every order is quality checked before dispatch. If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.
